- As I'm sure you can imagine, for a significant part of most days my head is under the bonnet of a car.  It's then not always easy to answer your phone call and its equally challenging to take note of all the info that you want to tell me.

So.....the best way to book your classic Car in for a 'Health Check & Tune' is to complete the below enquiry form. That way I can receive your enquiry together with a simple record of all the key details that I need.

Usually, I'll acknowledge your enquiry within a day or two and I'll then start to look for an opportunity to put you onto my calendar and travel schedule.

I will try my best to answer your enquiries within a reasonable time frame.  However as said above already I'm on the road most of the day, and as I am sure you can understand, like yourself I do value my personal time outside of working hours also.  Hence, the time I have available to send emails back and forth is very limited and needs to be used efficiently across many many customers each day, week, month & year.  Thank you.. 

Time doesn't allow us to become 'pen pals'

Every year there are both 'enquirers' and past 'customers' who send me message, after message....after yet more messages 8...10....16 of them.   There are cases where I need to nip this in the bud whilst politely asking the sender to keep in mind that I have typically around 300 clients per year......and if each sent me 20 or 30 minutes of messages to read, whilst expecting me to send 20 or 30 mins worth of typed replies.  I would never get any actual tuning work done.

Simply add it up.....30 mins reading + 30 mins replying x 300 clients......it comes to 3000hrs!!! All whilst running my own business.   Can you see the issue???

So I kindly ask for us to be as efficient as possible, and don't be offended if some messages don't receive the info, recommendation or explanation which you're seeking.  It's just a matter of time management and nothing personal towards you.......Thank you!
