As fewer and fewer garages know how to tune a car without plugging it into the computer, we are here to help keep your car running at its very best. We can offer Mobile and garage support, using old school tuning knowledge to keep your car 'in tune' for you to enjoy for many years to come.
We are based out of Kirkbymoorside YO62, and support a number of local garages in the area. In addition we can provide mobile support for a 'tune up' or helping to solve 'start up' mysteries when they are driving you crazy.

We are happy to visit your home or garage to help get you and your car back up and on the road.
Twin carbs set up and balance
Many garages these days run a mile when they see twin carbs like these twin HS2 SU's, HS4's, HIF's, Webber DCOE's or other under a car bonnet. However many classic cars such as MG's, Mini's, Jag's, Triumphs and others need these carbs set and balanced correctly for your car to start, run and be enjoyed on the road. Drop me a message, I'll happily set up your carbs, mixture, idle and choke idle balance fully synchronised.
Dizzy's- (Points & Condenser or Electronic)
For your classic car to start, run well and respond when you wish to accelerate it needs the 'right spark' to jump the spark plug gap and ignite the air fuel mix at the right time also. In a classic car a key part of making this magic happen occurs inside the distributor via points and a condenser or an electronic ignition module. Again drop me a message, I'm happy to set these up for you and tune your car's ignition the old school way so that the right spark, occurs at the required ignition timing. Or if you're tired of the quality of points and condensers available these days, I'll happily convert your ignition to a contactless system and you can enjoy an easier and more reliable start every time.
